With 14% of the vote not counted, and near 10,000 absentee ballots that have not been opened, what in the hell is Hoffman doing?

While Harmer has near 40% of the vote, pulling off the squeaker we all prayed for is looking like a long shot.
Good news - McDonnell & Christie have won, thus Republicans now have control of 24 Governorships, Capitalism is now in New Jersey....for the first time in literally decades.
